Yes, our work is to discuss what you already know and help bridge the gap where things still need to be fleshed out. I always go into strategy work assuming there's something new to discover. It's always helpful to get an outside, unbiased perspective, in particular if you've done strategy on your own through worksheets or DYI courses.

While I have a tried-and-true process, my goal is to spend more time on the areas where you might need a little extra clarity and where new insights can support your goals.

It would be unethical of me to promise you that given there are many factors that affect your profitability that I have no control over—including how well you market yourself, whether you have good website traffic or if you have a seamless sales process in place.

What I‘m offering you is to guide you in developing a brand strategy that gives you clarity and direction for creating content that connects with your audience and focus for taking action on your goals.

My promise to you is that if you show up fully and provide honest responses throughout the process but you still don't feel clarity as we close out our time together, we'll book a 1:1 session to unravel any last tangles.

For me, it's really important that you have a solid brand foundation for your business and I can offer that independently of visual identity and design services. I don't offer the reverse (visual design without strategy) as I believe bypassing the strategy process is less effective.
